1. Malaysian Citizen

2. Have a Birth Certificate and MyKid

3. Aged from four (4) to six (6) years (priority given to children aged 4. five (5) and six (6) years)

5. Priority to residence or workplace within 10km of the location of Tabika Perpaduan
