This service allows marriage registration applications to be made for 1) Marriages before the Law comes into force 2) Marriages of converts 3) Marriages for individuals who have obtained citizen status 4) Marriages with Permission to Marry Abroad 5) Marriages without Permission to Marry in the Country and Abroad with a Court Order SPPIM is used by all states except Kelantan, Pahang, Sabah, Sarawak, and Penang.

- Copy of husband and wife's identity cards

- Marriage permission letter

- Pre-Marriage Course Certificate

- Copy of marriage certificate or guardian's certificate

- Passport-sized photograph

- Completed registration form in the system
