Integrated Complaint Management System (SISPAA)

Public Complaints refer to grievances from the public regarding dissatisfaction with any aspect of Government administration, including injustice, misconduct, corruption, abuse of power, mismanagement, and similar issues.

Types of complaints that may be submitted by the public include:

  • Delay or no action taken
  • Unfair actions
  • Lack of public facilities
  • Flaws in policy implementation and weaknesses in the law
  • Abuse of power / corruption
  • Misconduct of public officials
  • Failure to follow prescribed procedures
  • Poor quality of services, including at counters and via telephone
  • Failure of enforcement
  • Various other complaints

Types of Complaints Not Accepted under Jurisdiction:

  • Public Accounts Committee matters
  • Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) cases
  • Legal Aid Department matters
  • Issues related to Government policies that have already been set
  • Family/personal problems
  • Civil claims between individuals/companies
