Government Online Service Gateway (GOS Gateway) MyGovernment offers information and government services more widely. It is designed as the main official channel for consumers to obtain information and services provided by the Government of Malaysia through the Internet. Through MyGovernment, is linked to more than 1500 web sites of government agencies across the country.
Complaint and Feedback
Through the complaint and feedback link, further information or additional information required by the user will be directed to our employees. In addition, MyGovernment will distribute user-specific questions to the departments or agencies related, and feedback will be provided within three (3) working days.

W3C :Web Content Accessibility (Disability Access)
MyGovernment gateway provides facilities to help those who need it. This is to meet the goal of W3C's Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), which makes this gateway can be accessed by the disabled (OKU) with the appropriate facilities.

These gates have Security Policy, which describes the terms of use of information and material contained in the gate MyGovernment. Privacy Policy describes how MyGovernment protect the information you share in Arco MyGovernment. While e-Inclusion Policy was established to start the culture and practice of e-participation in order to improve transparency and public participation in improving the quality of government services.
