Talian Kasih 15999 is a 24-hour public complaint line platform that offers complaint services and immediate assistance related to Counseling Services, Abuse, Child Neglect, Sexual Harassment, Baby Abortion, Target Group Welfare, Protection Assistance, Reproductive Health Services, Youth Social Guidance and other social issues. Provided by KPWKM free of charge and confidentially. A mobile application was developed to make complaints and redisplay complaints that have been sent to Talian Kasih 15999 using a smartphone. This application can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
